Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Forex Success AI and the Expert Advisor software we license to you. By creating an account, buying a licence, or running the software, you agree to them. Please read the risk warning at the foot of this page as well.

1. Who you are contracting with

Forex Success AI is a trading name of Awais Ahmed, a sole proprietor based in Pakistan. In these terms "we", "us" and "our" mean that operator, and "you" means the person or entity holding the account. Contact: support@fxsuccessai.com.

2. What we sell

We sell a licence to use software. We do not manage money, do not place trades on your behalf under our own discretion, do not hold client funds, and are not a broker, investment adviser, or regulated financial firm in any jurisdiction. The software runs on your own MetaTrader terminal, connected to your own broker account, under your own control.

3. Your licence

The licence is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable.
It is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Each plan includes a fixed number of account slots. A slot binds the software to one MetaTrader account number, which you register from your dashboard.
Each plan carries a monthly profit ceiling, shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard. The ceiling resets on the first day of each calendar month. When the ceiling is reached, the software stops opening new positions for the rest of that month.
You may upgrade at any time and pay only the difference between the plan you hold and the plan you are moving to.

4. What you may not do

Resell, sublicense, rent, lend, publish or otherwise distribute the software or your licence.
Share your account credentials, your licence, or the software files with anyone else.
Decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer or attempt to derive the source code.
Modify, patch or circumvent the licence check, or interfere with the licence server in any way.
Use the software to provide a signal service, managed-account service, or any service to third parties, without our written agreement.

Breach of this section entitles us to suspend or terminate your licence immediately and without refund. We may also block the affected trading account numbers.

5. The licence check

The software contacts our licence server periodically to confirm that your account number is licensed and within its monthly ceiling. You must allow the terminal to make that request (in MetaTrader this means enabling DLL imports for the EA).

If the server is unreachable, the software is designed to keep trading and retry rather than close positions. An outage on our side must never unwind your open trades. If your licence is genuinely expired, suspended, or over its ceiling, the software will stop opening new positions. You remain responsible for positions already open on your account at all times.

6. Accounts and security

You must give an accurate email address; it is where your licence, download links and receipts are sent. Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@fxsuccessai.com if you believe it has been compromised. You must be at least 18 years old.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include any discount then in effect. Card payments are processed by Stripe; cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments. We never receive or store your full card number. Where a promotional price is advertised, the list price shown alongside it is the price the plan returns to when the promotion ends.

Taxes, if any are due where you live, are your responsibility. Cryptocurrency payments are subject to network fees and exchange-rate movement between the moment an invoice is created and the moment it settles; we credit the invoice amount we quoted.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. No performance guarantee

We make no representation and give no guarantee that the software will be profitable, that any historical or published result will repeat, or that it is suitable for your circumstances, your broker, your account size, or your risk tolerance. Results depend on market conditions, your broker's spreads, slippage, execution and swap charges, your settings, and your VPS or terminal uptime, none of which we control. Any performance figures we publish, including third-party verification links, describe the past and are not a forecast.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the licence server and the client area available continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, and we are not liable for outages caused by hosting providers, payment processors, brokers, MetaQuotes, network operators, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the software. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the licence in question.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your licence if you breach these terms, if a payment is reversed or charged back, or if we are required to by law. You may stop using the software at any time; a one-time licence fee already paid is refundable only as set out in the Refund Policy.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, and the "last updated" date above tells you when it changed. Material changes affecting existing customers will be announced by email or in the client area. Continuing to use the software after a change means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-law provisions of your own country.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy and the Ownership Statement, are the entire agreement between us regarding the software.

Risk warning. Trading foreign exchange and CFDs carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance of any trading system is not indicative of future results.
