Forex Success AI is a trading name, not a separate legal entity. Contracts formed through this site are with Awais Ahmed personally, as sole proprietor.
2. Ownership of the software
The Expert Advisor supplied through this site, including its source code, compiled builds, licence system and documentation, is the intellectual property of Awais Ahmed. It is licensed to you, not sold. Buying a plan buys the right to use it under the Terms and Conditions; it does not transfer ownership, source code, or any right to redistribute.
3. Ownership of this website
The design, text, graphics, logo, wordmark and code of this website are owned by Awais Ahmed and protected by copyright. You may not copy, republish or reuse them without written permission, other than briefly quoting a page with attribution and a link.
4. Third-party names and trademarks
MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and MetaQuotes are trademarks of MetaQuotes Ltd. Stripe, NOWPayments, MyFxBook, Tawk.to and Hostinger are trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names only to describe compatibility and the services we rely on. Forex Success AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. We are equally not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any broker.
5. What we are not
Forex Success AI is a software vendor. We are not a broker, dealer, fund manager, investment adviser, or a regulated financial services firm in any jurisdiction, and we do not hold any financial services licence or registration.
We do not:
- hold, receive or manage client funds;
- take custody of, or have access to, your broker account;
- give personal investment advice or recommendations;
- manage accounts on a discretionary basis;
- guarantee, promise or forecast any level of profit.
Every trade the software places is placed on your own account, at your own broker, under your own control, with settings you choose. You can stop it at any time by removing it from the chart. All trading decisions and their outcomes remain yours.
6. Performance figures
Where we publish results, including any third-party verification link such as MyFxBook, those figures describe past performance of specific accounts over specific periods. They are historical records, not projections, and they are not a promise of what your account will do.
7. Reporting a problem
If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, or you have found someone reselling or redistributing our software, email support@fxsuccessai.com with the details and we will act on it.
