Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

1. Who is responsible

Awais Ahmed, trading as Forex Success AI, based in Pakistan, is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: support@fxsuccessai.com.

2. What we collect

You give us

Email address: required. It identifies your account and is where your licence, download link and receipts go.
Name: optional.
Password: stored only as a one-way hash. We cannot read it, and nobody here can tell you what it is.
Trading account numbers: the MetaTrader account numbers you register, and the platform (MT4 or MT5). This is what a licence binds to.
Support messages: anything you write in a ticket or the live chat.
Referral code: if you signed up through someone's link.
Prize draw entries: if you enter the monthly draw, the email address you give, the month, your language, whether you ticked the box to receive updates and offers, and the IP address and browser the entry came from. See the Prize Draw Rules.

The software sends us

While the Expert Advisor is running, it reports to our licence server so we can confirm your licence and apply your plan's monthly profit ceiling. That report includes your trading account number, broker name, account currency and leverage, balance and equity, floating profit or loss, and realised profit for the current month.

We use this only to operate the licence and the profit ceiling, and to help you when you ask us to. We do not see your trading strategy parameters, we cannot place or close trades, and we have no access to your broker account or funds.

Collected automatically

IP address and request metadata: from web requests and licence checks, used for security, rate limiting and abuse investigation.
Session cookie: a single cookie that keeps you logged in. It is HTTP-only, Secure, and SameSite=Lax.
Analytics cookies: we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people actually read. It records the pages you view, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device you used. We do not use it for advertising and we do not run any advertising trackers.
Email delivery records: which transactional emails we sent you and whether the mail server accepted them.

We never hold

Your full card number, CVC, or crypto wallet private keys. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our server. We receive only a payment reference, the amount, and the last four digits.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

To perform our contract with you: creating your account, issuing and validating the licence, applying the profit ceiling, delivering the software, processing payments and refunds, and answering support.
Legitimate interests: preventing licence sharing and fraud, securing the service, keeping business records, and calculating referral commission.
Legal obligation: retaining transaction records where tax or accounting law requires it.
Consent: where you give it, for example by starting a live chat, or by ticking the box to receive updates and offers when you enter the prize draw. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Running the prize draw you entered: holding your entry, picking a winner and contacting them. The entry's IP address and browser are used, as a legitimate interest, to keep automated entries out.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what each provider needs to do its job:

Stripe: card payments. They receive your email and the order amount, and handle the card details themselves.
NOWPayments: cryptocurrency payments. They receive the invoice amount and our order reference.
Hostinger: hosting and email delivery for this site.
Tawk.to: the live chat widget, which loads on our pages and sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy. If you never open the chat, you never send it a message.
Google: Google Analytics for visit statistics, and Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces this site uses. Both receive your IP address as part of the request, because a browser cannot fetch anything without one.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We will disclose data if we are legally required to, or to protect our rights, but not otherwise.

5. International transfers

Our providers operate internationally, so your data may be processed outside your country. We rely on those providers' own safeguards and contractual terms for such transfers.

6. How long we keep it

Account and licence data: while your account exists, and afterwards only as long as needed to honour a lifetime licence you have paid for.
Order and payment records: kept for accounting and dispute purposes.
Licence-check and EA report logs: kept for a limited operational window and then pruned; they exist to run the ceiling and to investigate abuse, not as a history of your trading.
Support tickets and chat transcripts: kept so we have context when you come back.
Prize draw entries: deleted within 12 months of the draw, unless you opted in to updates and offers, in which case we keep your address until you unsubscribe. Winners' records are kept as proof the prize was awarded.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to:

give you a copy of the data we hold about you;
correct anything that is wrong;
delete your data, where we are not required to keep it;
export it in a portable format;
restrict or object to a particular use.

Email support@fxsuccessai.com from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account ends your ability to use the licence, because the licence check has nothing left to validate against.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. Database credentials and API keys sit outside the web root or behind server rules that block direct requests. Administrative access is limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not ask you for information we do not need, which is the most effective protection available.

9. Children

This service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change, and the "last updated" date above will tell you when. Material changes will be announced by email or in the client area.
