Prize Draw Rules

Every month we give away one Basic EA lifetime licence to a person picked at random from everyone who entered that month. Entering is free and takes one email address.

1. Organiser

The draw is run by Awais Ahmed, trading as Forex Success AI, Pakistan. Contact: support@fxsuccessai.com.

2. Who can enter

Anyone aged 18 or over, unless prize draws are not permitted where you live.
No purchase is necessary, and buying a plan does not improve your chance of winning.

3. How to enter

Enter your email address in the "Win a Free Licence" form on our homepage.
One entry per person per calendar month. Entering again in the same month, or with a variation of the same address, does not add a second entry.
Months run on UTC. An entry counts for the month in which it is received, and you are welcome to enter again the following month.
Entries made automatically, in bulk, or with addresses that cannot receive email are not valid.

4. The prize

One Basic EA lifetime licence per month. The prize is a software licence under our Terms and Conditions. It has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

5. How the winner is picked

After a month ends, one entry from that month is selected uniformly at random by software, so every valid entry has the same chance.
We normally make the draw within the first seven days of the following month.

6. Claiming the prize

We email the winner at the address they entered. To claim, reply from that address within 14 days.
If there is no reply within 14 days, or the entry turns out to be invalid, the prize is redrawn from the remaining entries for that month.
We may publish the winner's first name and country. We will never publish an email address.

7. Your data

To run the draw we store the email address you enter, the month, your language, and the IP address and browser the entry came from, which we use to stop automated entries. Receiving our updates and offers is a separate choice, off unless you tick the box, and has no effect on your chance of winning. Entries that did not opt in to updates are deleted within 12 months. 8. Changes and cancellation

We may change these rules or end the draw, but any change applies only to months that have not started yet. Entries already received for the current month are drawn under the rules in force when they were made.
